There are many great features to Quantum. In my company the Recognition is used the most, and it is great to see the praise and hard work of people who work in other departments. It gives insight into what challenges and wins each team faces. I also like how it is an easy tool to send out company wide surveys after an event, or for performance reviews.

The system is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for managers and employees to engage in meaningful performance discussions and continuous feedback. The recognition feature is a great way to foster a positive work culture, allowing peers to acknowledge and celebrate achievements. So far, the platform has been effective in streamlining performance management and enhancing transparency. We plan to launch the employee engagement survey portion in April and look forward to seeing how it further supports our workforce strategy.

For what it claims to do, Quantum does well. It's a great at helping employees understand their alignment for projects, and for showing leadership what they want to see related to progress.

Quantum has helped us streamline employee feedback, performance reviews, succession planning and onboarding. The system has given us a one-stop shop for engaging our high performers and understanding their propensity to stay with the credit union.
